Our advertising operates at multi 6-figure to 7-figure monthly spend levels, and we are looking to expand our performance through a carefully selected group of specialist agency partners.

We have a big and highly capable internal creative team producing everything from static ads and UGC to mini VSLs on a weekly basis, alongside the cashflow capabilities to spend significantly more than we do now,

BUT…

We need someone who can identify the right agency partners, onboard them successfully, set clear expectations and manage their performance against our spend, ROAS and contribution goals.

In order to achieve this, we are looking for an absolute beast of a media buyer who understands the platform deeply, knows what good looks like and can help agencies deliver their best work for our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Source, assess and select high-performing agencies that are capable of managing accounts at our scale

• Lead the onboarding of new agency partners, including account context, targets, reporting expectations and ways of working

• Monitor agency performance across all offers and hold partners accountable to agreed spend, ROAS and contribution targets

• Review agency strategies, campaign structures, testing plans and account decisions to ensure execution meets a high standard

• Help agency partners succeed by giving clear feedback, removing blockers and connecting them with our internal creative and CRO teams

• Manage agency relationships, performance reviews and decisions around scaling, improving or replacing partners

Requirements:

• 3+ years of senior experience in META + Native (Taboola / Newsbreak / MGID) media buying

• Google + Applovin media buying experience is an advantage

• Experience managing or overseeing $20k+ per day advertising budgets on META

• Experience selecting, onboarding and managing external media buying agencies or performance marketing partners

• Strong understanding of campaign structure, creative testing, attribution, scaling and direct-response performance

• Ability to confidently challenge agency recommendations and recognise when performance or execution is below standard

• Work 6 days/week

• Work 10 hours/day

• Reading 2 books/month alongside our entire team

• Fluent English
